A 45-minute workout built around slow, controlled movement and constant resistance on the Megaformer. High intensity, low impact, in an intimate, small-group setting.
Haus Pilates
Our signature mat Pilates class, now open for booking — a 50-minute, all-levels class on the mat, beginner-friendly with room to progress.
Recovery
